When will my parcel arrive?
Because we are not yet at a financial stage where we can afford robots to run our merch and it is simply us (the band) running everything we cannot guarantee a fast turnaround. However we will aim to process your item/s within 2 days of recieving the order and dispatched in 5 days. We use Royal Mail 2nd class which take between 3-5 working days to arrive. For all international orders estimated arriaval is between 14-30 days. In light of the current pandemic please be aware all delivery networks may experience added delays.Last order dates for Christmas delivery (not guaranteed, shipping networks may experience unforeseen delays)
UK - 15 December. Western Europe - 14 December. Eastern/Central Europe - 9 December. USA & Canada - 9 December. Rest of the world - 1 December.
After these dates, orders will be dispatched but may not arrive on time for Christmas.
Can I return or exchange my product?
You can return as long as we recive them within 15 days of date of delivery and in a resellable condition.
